People are advised to be careful when walking beside or crossing the road. There is a great danger of getting hit by vehicles which could result in grave injuries. A woman in her 30salmost became a victim of a road accident. She nearly collided with a bus after being pushed by a jogger.
The incident was caught on CCTV along Putney Bridge, west London. A running man pushed a 33-year-old woman who was peacefully walking on the sidewalks.
The victim appears to be at the jogger’s way and he was just into what he was doing that he could not be bothered. So he opted to shove her and continued doing his thing. The man did not even look back.
The woman fell on the side of the road and an approaching bus almost hit her. Thankfully, the driver was alert. He was able to swerve before the bus touched the woman.
Furthermore, according to the Metropolitan Police, the driver stopped the bus to check on the woman. Passengers went down to see if the woman was hurt. Fortunately, she only received minor injuries.
“The victim was put in extreme danger when she was knocked into the road. It was only due to the superb quick reactions of the bus driver that she was not hit by the vehicle,” Sergeant Mat Knowles said.
Meanwhile, 15 minutes following the incident, the victim tried to talk to the man. However, he only ignored her.
The jogger is in his early to mid-30’s and he was short hair and eyes which are both brown. In addition, he man was in a light gray shirt and dark blue shorts. Authorities are now calling the attention of the people who know the man.
